As promised, here is the updates Pipeline component for PGP.
Features:
- PGP Encryption
- PGP Decryption
- PGP Encryption with Signing
I have used BouncyCastle baseline code for building up this Pipeline. This also have to do with the initial works done by Brian.

Pipeline supports all major PGP base algorithm and includes GNUPg.
PGP Encryption with Signing was a much required addition to the PGP Pipeline. You can download the PGP pipeline dll from here.
Please feel free to try it and drop a comment on it.
If you want a source code, pls mail me, I am more than happy to share it with you.
See you soon with some Dublin stuff soon…

Hi FirozOzman,
I’m looking to develop a pipeline component to provide PGP encryption/decryption such as yours.
Would you mind to share your source code?
Sincerely

Hi Firoz, Can you please send me the source code. Thank you,
Hi,
Could you send me a copy of your source code – looking to implement an OpenPGP pipeline component,
Thanks,
Hi,
Thanks a lot for sharing the dll. Please send me copy of source code. I will be implementing PGP pipeline in one of my coming project.

Firoz,
Is there a way to specify which key in a key ring should be used? We have multiple public keys we use (depending on Trading Partner) and need to be able to specify specific keys on the same key ring.
Thanks,
Allen G.
Allen,
I am sure, you can tweak the code to make it possible to use different keys as per trading partner. Let me know if you need a copy of the source code. Don’t forget to share the code back once you make the new improvements you suggested.
Thanks
Firoz
Hi Firoz,
Thanks for the stuff you worked on. Can you mail me the source code.
Thanks,
Varun
Hi Firoz,
When I try to encrypt the message on the send side using a public key I am getting this error
There was a failure executing the send pipeline: "EDI.PGPSNDPipeline,
Reason: Can’t find encryption key in key ring.
Like I have specified the extension-xml
IntegrityCheck-False
Operation-Encrypt
PassPhrase-
PrivateKeyFile-
PublicKeyFile-C:\FileFolder\edikeyauth_dentaquest_com.p7b (also tried with .cer)
TempDirectory-C:\Temp
Correct me If I am doing anything wrong?
Thanks,
Varun
What actually the passphrase indicates in the pipeline?
Thanks,
Varun
Firoz,

Hi Firoz, I am a newbie to cryptography, was looking at your source code and find it quite easy to understand apart from one point, how can we generate public provate PGP keys…can you also share the source code to the above pipeline with me. thanks
Hi
I am an absolutely newbie in BizTalk and pipelines. Currently I am testing a PGP pipeline.
I successfully create a new project where I put in a XML file through an orchestration and send it as xml to a send port. Now I want to encrypt it to an .gpg file. Currently I am working with PGP Pipeline from the bajwork.spaces.live.com and can deploy my solution and projects but I got an error in the event log:
There was a failure executing the send pipeline: "RD.PGPEncrypt, RD,Version=210.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=361d093865b9ba7b" Source: "PGP Pipeline Component [BAJ]" Send Port: "RD.TestSendEncrypted" URI: "E:\RD\%MessageID%.xml" Reason: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Could you please provide a working example with your pipeline?
If not could you please be so kind and send my the code too?
Best regards from Germany!
PS: Sorry for bad English!
Hi All,
I have tried to reply to all of you to your email directly.
I hope you guys are helped with this piece of work.
Please share your comments here so that we can improve this code.
Thanks

Hello!
If you do not mind I would also like to take a peek at your source code. I am in the middle of some project and am using Brian’s work as a basis but am trying some improvements and modidifcations. I am of course interesting how you dealt with it and of course (if apllicable at all) share back some of my work.
Regards
Vili
